Alicia was very friendly on arrival and throughout. Alicia kindly took my coat and hung it up whilst I had my nails done. she was very helpful telling me about the best aftercare to ensure my nails last! This was the first time I’ve had biab; Alicia explained biab and recommend infill 2/3 weeks. Alicia also made lovely conversation during my visit making me feel welcome and comfortable
