There was confusion over my treatment when I arrived. I was initially told treatment I had booked and paid for via Treatwell appmight not fit the timescale allocated, despite having email confirmation of treatment. This was sorted out quickly, but I then had to change room between leg wax and bikini wax which was not ideal. Overall, I had a couple of patches on leg and bikini line that were missed, so the final result was a little disappointing.
