Iona was very kind and explained the treatment to me very precisely. The experience was so wonderful and relaxing! The massage was carried out on different levels for example, I suffer from a sciatica pain down the leg, Iona manipulated the muscles and relieved the pain and used different methods. She also, told me how to manage the pain through some exercises. The whole experience was excellent.
