I'm not sure that I felt involved in my nails. My manicure the nails are really short. I know I had a few breakages, but they are so short I can't take tape off things.
My pedicure the removal of my shellac wasn't good she literally scrapped it off and couldn't get some off and said she would just paint over it as it wouldn't show over the new colour. I've never had it removed like this before on my feet. Disappointing.

I had a stroke 4 months ago and my gp recommended to have regular massages to help my muscles. I have been having massages weekly at exhale & I regained some movement in my arm. I can’t express enough how much the staff have helped me, even helping me to dress/undress. Thank you
