Syra was really welcoming when I came to get my eyebrows tinted and threaded, especially as I ended up having to bring my fiesty 5 year old along with me!
She did a great job with my pale and sparse eyebrows, they look much darker and fuller but still natural. I'm really pleased. Thank you :D

I wanted a manicure without varnish, but I didn't know what any of that entailed (I am very much a manicure newbie). Ilona gave me exactly what I was looking for in terms of a result, and was very kind about explaining along the way what the steps were, why and how. I am so appreciative, it was really nice to be able to ask all my dumb questions and feel supported/comfortable, and that is all down to Ilona's wonderful professionalism.
