Disappointing & rip off! I had a £50 voucher but options limited & expensive. I booked a slot/time but received an email automatically amending the date & time WITHOUT ringing me, the customer! I complained & booked a 45 min massage. The confirmation email quoted 40 mins, so I queried this. I was told 5 mins to change! The time quoted should always be the massage time. Naz then left me sitting in reception for 10 mins, but ended at exactly 45 mins later. Massage was 30 mins long for £50!! 😠
