So pleased with my lashes - they look amazing. And I'm so pleased I won't need to wear mascara on holiday. I mentioned about brow lamination and Sarah was kind enough to do them there and then, at the same time as my lashes. They also look fab. A really relaxing atmosphere in the salon too. Thank you 😊

My beautician was called Sarah and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and managed to work around my super twitchy watery eyes. So happy with the results! Will 100% go back to Sarah if I went again - highly skilled, considerate and reassuring

I arrived for my appointment and was told my nails were too short to have false nails applied, they offered to paint the nails, which I refused due to them being too short, they would look silly. I had paid online through Treatwell and I was refused a refund,after being told by a staff member to call the salon back when the manager was in. I contacted the manager who told me no refund.
