I am disappointed to say that my recent experience here was not a positive one. While I attended for a pedicure expecting a relaxing and professional service, I felt the standard of care fell well below what I would consider acceptable.
The service itself was rushed and lacked attention to detail, and I did not feel particularly welcome. More concerning, however, was the manner in which I was treated compared to other customers from different race.
