The atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly and nice; they talked me through the whole process and checked in during it (about the length, color and just the overall look). Additionally, she did not force in a conversation, which I actually really liked as I am not a very talkative person myself. The polish itself held up pretty well; I got my first chip after about 2 and a half weeks.
