I was really disappointed. On the day of my appointment, Dotlyn texts me to say my appointment was cancelled, as the place she was renting was closed down by the council . I think this was unprofessional as she should have contacted me at least the day before NOT the day of my appointment.

Dotlyn is lovely I took my daughter to get her hair done with her friend , dotlyn made us all feel so welcomed the salon had a real family feel which was lovely the address on Treatwell isn’t correct tho so we called dotlyn and she met us at the Tesco in Thornton Heath and took us back to the salon which is on Whitehorse lane which I thought was very helpful

salon was closed had moved to a new location not in penge. I had to call to find out whether they were closed, moved or what. quite disappointing. they no longer did nails. so had to go some where else.
