Natasha was nice but I unfortunately had a very bad experience. she used too much glue on the lashes and throughout the process she was tugging and pulling a lot at my eyelashes. It was so painful and uncomfortable which is not something i have ever experienced. My eyes were so sore after getting them done and the lashes with too much glue have fallen off prematurely. The skin on my lash line looks damaged and I’m worried about how horrible my lashes will look after they have all fallen out.

Natasha seems lovely and took great care in her work. Good lashes.However she wasn’t realistic about the timings & underestimated the duration by 100%, and didn’t keep me updated on how long it was running over by. I also feel like her covid safety could have been a lot better. She shouldn’t have allowed other people in the treatment room and she should’ve visibly shown me she was sanitising her hands, and made me do the same. I don’t think I’ll return until everyone’s had a vaccine.

Natasha did a fantastic job on my eyelashes - she did an eyelash lift & then a tint & they look great & have really opened my eyes up. Natasha is very welcoming & friendly & her flat is lovely & light & she had lavender oil burning. Highly recommended & very reasonable.
