Having played professional rugby for both my city and my country, I experienced first-hand the importance of having a great massage therapist in your corner. Recovery, mobility, injury prevention and simply feeling your best can make a huge difference, both physically and mentally. I combine my understanding of the body, movement and athletic performance with a genuine passion for helping people. My massage treatment room is based within Everlast Gyms York, offering a professional and welcoming setting for your treatment. Situated within a thriving gym environment, the venue has a friendly and positive atmosphere while providing the privacy and comfort of my own dedicated treatment room on the upper floor.
When you arrive, simply meet me in the café area, and I will personally welcome you and take you upstairs to the treatment room. The gym has a warm, friendly team who are always on hand to help and support clients, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment from the moment you arrive.
Nearest Public Transport:
The venue is conveniently located in York and is easily accessible by public transport, with local transport links nearby. There is also plenty of free parking available at the gym for clients travelling by car.

As an independent massage therapist, I personally look after every client from the moment they arrive. I pride myself on creating a friendly, comfortable, and professional experience, taking the time to understand what each client needs from their treatment.
