Marc is so so friendly, professional and a true gent. I have fine hair, which I hate, and he took the time to work with, rather than against, me ( unlike my previous salon) when I decided I'd like to try a slightly different style this time. There's never any hard sell, unlike other salons, either and he likes to see you leaving happy, which I do. Each and every time.
