Very disappointing experience overall. The appointment started 30 minutes late. Marc was friendly, but the haircut itself is uneven, choppy, and in some places looks butchered. My hair was styled in the salon in a way that made it difficult to notice properly at first. I was also left with wet hair because the next client had arrived.
I was ignored afterwards. I tried calling and messaging to ask about correcting the cut and received no response. 55£ wasted
