I arrived for my haircut and Marc was running very late (again - this has happened twice before, once I was actually double-booked and subsequently my haircut was rushed and substandard), I would normally just wait, except no effort was made when I came in to acknowledge I had arrived and to explain the lateness which I found incredibly rude, I had to surmise myself from the fact that the person before me had just sat down from having her hair washed,
