To say hairdressing is my passion would be an understatement. I have 20 years qualified experience in all hair types/textures, cutting, colouring, chemical straightening, keratins and specialist in weaves/extensions. I am also a qualified teacher/assessor in hairdressing with almost a decades worth of experience teaching in further education and private academies.

With over 35 years in the industry, Roger Loubon is the creative heart of Evolution Hair and Beauty. Based in Hanwell, West London, he specialises in Afro hair, precision cuts, colour, bridal styling, long and avant-garde hair; always with a flair for the unique. Roger’s warm personality, attentive listening, and passion for the whole look mean every client leaves not just looking amazing, but feeling confident.

Evolution Hair and Beauty is a family run business that has been in the heart of Hanwell for over 30 years. Specialising in all hair types/textures as well as bespoke beauty services (search evolution hair and beauty @ saira to book), we are your one stop shop whether it be a special occasion or some well needed rest and relaxation - come and spoil yourself and be welcomed by our professional and friendly team!
