Very efficient service, took exactly one hour, as stated on the service details. I was really impressed with the wash, as I have very thick hair and most salons I've been to don't manage to wash all of the product out, but the stylist did a great job with washing it. I was a little disappointed with the finish as it was left quite frizzy and I had to run the straighteners over it myself when I got home, otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.
