Got my first ever wax done and I was terrified but the staff calmed my nerves spoke to me throughout made me feel comfortable in such a vulnerable position I had Gizem as my waxer and I want her every time. She’s got quick hands and is absolutely lovely and definitely made my experience better she wasn’t just professional but she is a lovely person too thank you so much Gizem.

I was put at ease. Every part of the procedure was explained. The therapist was quick, efficient and checked throughout that I was comfortable and ok. She made the experience as good as it could be.

I got my lashes done on Saturday. There are so many places that give you these 'fly away' looking lashes. My lashes by Melissa looked so natural which was exactly what I wanted and she took her time doing them properly. I will get them a little longer when I want to go for a more glam look.
