I had an amazing experience and my hair was handle with so much gentility and care
Afro Braids
I had a bikini wax booked for 9am. No one arrived to even open the shop until 9.10. I was then told I had to wait until 9.45 for the wax to cool. When I eventually got in the chair, the woman got wax all over me, didn’t even get all of the hairs & has also left me with burn & bruise marks from the wax that she couldn’t get off. I have proof with pictures. Absolutely appalling & I want my money back & compensation.
Ladies' Facial Waxing
I received a pedicure, but unfortunately, the polish began to chip before the end of the day. When I raised this concern, the nail technician explained that the polish had not dried properly and advised me to return the following day if it continued
