Bad experience, Amba wasn’t there, the lady who attempted to cover had never worked on Afro hair,. I have done them a favour by leaving a review instead of demanding a refund. I left after the attempted blow dry. It was a shambles, there was then a reference to Caribbean’s vs Africans, which was odd. Overall bad experience. They should’ve cancelled if they couldn’t provide the service. I definitely will not be returning.

My eyebrows were not done as I had asked for and were lopsided when finished. Therapist did not really seem to understand what was being asked. Felt uncomfortable whilst I was there, but don't think I will return.
