Bad experience . I booked same day , I arrived 10 mins prior to my appointment only to be told it cancelled . The woman was very polite and gave me a full refund , however I was given two stories regarding reason. 1 that stylist had a family emergency and 2 that they were not aware I had booked ( booked via Treatwell app!). Really frustrating as they could have just called to cancel and saved me the journey !
My experience was okay. I’d booked a Saturday 9am appointment but no one was present at that time, which was frustrating. I ended up with a replacement stylist who seemed unsure at first but eventually managed, and the person removing my braids arrived later. The ambiance was fine and the staff were friendly, but the lateness really let the experience down
My first visit to Eviglam was over a year ago. I fell in love of the salon because the salon was so tidy, everything else is lovely and the furniture well crafted and looks nice. The staff are so hard working with good customer service which cannot be gained not in many salon.
