Paula is super lovely, I would book with her again. They are warm and the atmosphere is wonderful. The only thing was I didn't know what the facial entailed and it would be better if perhaps the steps were outlined because I thought there would be an extraction. Perhaps also the massage could be with slightly more pressure but I still thoroughly enjoyed it.
