Sarah the receptionist is always very pleasant and helpful and on this occasion also very patient as at short notice I requested a change of times due to a delayed flight! Thankfully she was able to accommodate. I had the discovery facial with Anna, the treatment room was very clean and pleasant. The facial was extremely relaxing and involved a number of different massage techniques with different, beautifully scented products. My face felt very smooth afterwards and continues to do so after a couple of days.
