This is a gem of a place, it’s comfortable warm, relaxing and has the most friendliest and attentive of staff. Firstly, being greeted by Sarah on reception, such a lovely, pleasant lady, she’s very customer focused. She offered me a glass of Prosecco or coffee, while taking my coat. Jars of chocolates on hand too. I spent 90 minutes having my nails done by Silvia and felt so relaxed and pampered. Very pleased with them and have rebooked for infills. 10/10 for the whole experience!
