Charlotte was so lovely, first ever spray tan and she was great, good advice and I immediately trusted her. Colour is looking good, which for a pale, Irish woman is incredible

the staff were nice and friendly however I was very disappointed with my manicure. The lady filed them nicely but did not brush away the filed dust, it was all over my fingers as she was painting my nails. She did not paint them very neatly and when touching them to see if they were dry smudged 3 of my nails. There was also a tiny black hair in one of my nails which I only noticed after I left. Furthermore my finished nails were full of air bubbles. Very disappointed, I feel like my £60 was a complete waste.
The pedicure was fine but still did not think it was worth the money

Really lovely experience - I'm not a regular in beauty salons and felt really at ease - the atmosphere was calm and friendly and Sylvia was lovely - professional and warm.
