Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my lash lift. There was excessive glue left at the roots which made my eyes look irritated and like I had conjunctivitis. The lift itself is barely noticeable. I won’t be returning.

My hairdresser Dhara was very friendly and welcoming, but the haircut was unbelievably bad. My hair was to the small of my back and I just wanted the split ends cut out and some layers added, but she cut pretty much half my length off, which was so upsetting as it took me 2 years to grow my hair to this length. The cut was uneven, different thickness, bad layers, I kept asking “can you do the shape like this” “can you make the layers pointier” but I don’t think she listened to me.
