I have had my hair done here before and it was great. this time, the lady who did my twist was rude and didn't do my hair properly despite me complaining from beginning to end. I have been redoing twists that came out since I left on Monday. not ok

My daughter came through to get her hair done as she needed a refresher. Before we booked they asked us if there any notes or requirements that we wanted to mention, and we said that my daughter was tender headed. Whilst having her hair done she didn't take into consideration about her tender headedness and my daughter was left in distress, we had to take it out during the night of when she got it done as she was trembling and shaking in pain.
