They were ready to start on arrival and initially friendly-which was good. For the braids it was difficult to relay style instructions due to the language barrier and we decided to let the stylist do as she pleased after multiple failed attempts. Also the middle parting of my daughter’s braids were off centre and although she complained prior to finishing - she was ignored. At the end - despite paying for the full service on the Treatwell app we were charged an extra £30 in cash with no notice.

They refused to do the hair cut because my daughter’s hair is too silky, English isn’t their first language so they don’t even understand what I was saying. Avoid.
