My hair is still straight days later. I would say there could be more attentiveness and care in detangling and with eliminating catching skin with the flat iron but overall I’m reallly happy with my hair and will visit again. (Not my first time)

Staff were not welcoming, could not speak English or understand me and continuously speaking their native language to each other whilst doing my hair which made me very uncomfortable. Staff did not even know what service I booked for. Was told to sit and wait because they are very busy even thou I had an appointment. What is the point of booking if you are not going to be seen on time, might aswell walk in. Products used were cheap and my hair was shampooed with no conditioner. Awful
