I had booked with Eve since that's who I wanted to do my daughter's hair and it was an option that came up on treatwell however she was off!
Mary took care of us instead. She was nice and friendly. But the price was different to what is on the app!

Apparently booked for 2 kids at 10am..wasn't seen till 10.30am
Was told I didn't want gel but was used anyway
Partings on one child's head wasn't straight
Booked child's price on website but was told my child was classed as an adult although no mention of child's maximum age was on website so I had to pay the difference for adult..very misleading..should be added to website.
