Staff were not welcoming, could not speak English or understand me and continuously speaking their native language to each other whilst doing my hair which made me very uncomfortable. Staff did not even know what service I booked for. Was told to sit and wait because they are very busy even thou I had an appointment. What is the point of booking if you are not going to be seen on time, might aswell walk in. Products used were cheap and my hair was shampooed with no conditioner. Awful

Seems all hairdressers can cornrow well, I showed them the design I wanted they did exactly what I wanted. Will return again

As a first time customer with a young child, the staff took great care and showed compassion. Was very patient with my 8 year old daughter.
