I was so impressed with the place and how accommodating they were. Only issue is when I got home and dried my hair, I see that they cut it much shorter than I asked, even though I said I have wavy hair. When she asked me if it was ok to cut, it felt roughly where I asked but not sure what happened. I asked for it below my shoulders and it’s pretty much above my shoulders. It will grow out but sadly going to have to keep my hair up for a few weeks until it does. Such a lovely place&lovely staff

Shantelle was absolutely lovely - very friendly and extremely attentive when it came to what I wanted for my hair! She went above and beyond my expectations and I’ll definitely be back next time when I want my hair coloured again
