Bad customer service and an awful hair cut, very disappointed, had to have it re cut somewhere else.

I've followed a previous feedback, so, I thought that they know what they are doing. I was a bit disappointed that the place was not very clean, the staff keep on chatting between them or on the phone while doing customers, they even ate in front of the customers.... And the perm after all, the good thing is that my hair does not look damaged, but it does not look curly either.... All 4 hours, when online said 1, and for 60 £....

The salon also does nails and there is a very strong chemical smell from that
The haircut was fine but the salon was a bit scruffy and the staff were fairly disorganised.
Their specialism seems to be extensions so probably better for that rather than haircuts

As soon as I walked I didn't have to wait at all, Eva was lovely as well as her staff they made me feel welcome and comfortable getting my hair done. The actually curly perm came out absolutely amazing, it's exactly how I wanted it. She took the time to ask me how I wanted my curls and the condition of my hair before even starting the treatment. Will defiantly be going back for my hair needs
