Eva always has a customer comfort, satisfaction and result in mind. She made sure I was happy with mapping my brows before the needle went to work and she amended as I requested. She use a numbing cream to make sure it was pleasant enough experience, gave me a healing cream to take with me and aftercare instructions. Love my new brows! Can;'t wait for them to heal! Thank you Eva!
