I had never had a Brazilian wax before and was quite apprehensive to the point I was going to cancel. Jenna was so friendly before taking me into the room which made me feel at ease. I told her how I felt, she reassured me and I quickly forgot how I felt. In the end we were laughing at how nervous I had been. Jenna was very professional, friendly and down to earth. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.
