Fine shellac manicure. Polish neat, but manicure was very rushed and not precise. Caused cuticles on 5 of my nails to bleed.

Left feeling really disappointed with my manicure, especially given I’d paid £50 and specifically requested chrome w/ nail art. The technician was fast asleep when I arrived at the salon and woke up when her colleague called her. Kept trying out different styles instead of the one I had repeatedly shown and asked for. 45 mins in told me that her colleague would do the treatment if I could wait. Final outcome isn’t what I expected but I was so exasperated I had to leave. Won’t return.
