They don’t follow appointments times! So you book but end up waiting for ever because they try to take to many customers. You can see the technicians are rushed to finish and they don’t do amazing for this reason

My staff member was rushing so had to ask her to go over cuticle work and she had missed parts on 3 toes with the gel plus speaking in her language everytime I had to let her know something wasn't quite right. It's lovely in terms of cleanliness
