not to bad. when I went in they didn't know what I anitionally wanted and just done what they wanted. which turned out to be more money in the end even tho I paid 2 treatments online ready which was what I could originally afford. but overall good.

Nails look nothing like the reference photo I showed. When I explained it wasn’t what I asked for the staff member just said “oh well sometimes things don’t go as planned” instead of offering to change them or refund me. Never normally leave reviews but thought the whole experience was very odd.

Always enjoy coming here - great quality and fast service. However they do make you wait quite a while if it’s busy even though you had booked for a certain time. Had to wait 30 mins before someone started attending to me :)
