Wanted red and purple highlights. Spent hours there only for the dye to wash out in the first wash and leave my hair with bleached highlights in an unwanted colour. Partial refund was given with a complimentary olaplex treatment but the original cost was £120 so am naturally disappointed with the outcome in general. Cannot recommend for hair colouring.
