Arrived just before the appointment but they had no idea of the type of booking I had made. The therapist named on my booking was not there (apparently was the owner of the salon) and the girl assigned did not know how to do the massage I had booked. She showed me into a treatment room that was not yet cleaned after the previous customer - with dirty towels and the treatment bed unchanged - and she cleared it up while I was standing there. Was then unable to give me a refund. Never again!

It was my first time visiting - I would probably return. The venue was impeccably clean with friendly staff and the massage itself was great. However, there was a very noisy vent in the room (nothing my therapist could solve in the here and now), I found it a bit strange you got changed in a changing room and had to walk round with a towel wrapped round you (no pre warning) and I didn’t actually get the therapist I booked with (have a preference for a female therapist and had a man).

The massage I received was excellent however the treatment room was extremely hot. The therapist did bring a fan in which helped a little but at times it was quite overwhelming. There also was an alarm sound that kept going off at random times somewhere which was a bit distracting.
But my actual massage was incredible! Thank you!
