Last visit i neglected to examine my hair properly...big mistake! Uneven at back and wonky on the side. So bad i had to go somewhere else where the stylist was shocked at the standard of haircut. Unfortunately i wont visit again as i can not risk having the young man cut my hair again. It is a shame as two of the lady stylists have been great in the past.

Only criticism is that the music was very up tempo for a facial I like to relax and this was hard to do with the style of music! Therapist very nice and knowledgable
