When arriving, you're always greeted by a friendly staff. The treatment itself is excellent but I think just a once over check after the treatment is needed. Just to make sure everything is precise and clear.
Great service. The salon was clean. The hairdresser really tried to understand what I want throughout the consultation before the haircut. Even gave me tips and tricks about keeping my hair volumised. Highly recommended!

. Good experience. Just a little concerned to see a burnt socket but overall I was pleased.
Unfortunately, the haircut isn’t what I wanted and Monica cut my hair way shorter than would have wanted it despite showing her an image of how I would like my hair to be. She also charged me £6 more than the amount that I booked it for as she considered the service a re-style. It is not a bad haircut as such, but very different to what I asked for. Not very happy about it.
