After a really positive experience in January this year, I decided to book again for last Saturday. I arrived 20 mins early for my 4.55pm appointment only to be told that the stylist had tried to call me at 3pm to arrange an earlier appointment as she had a party to go to. Instead of the wash, cut and blow dry that I had pre-booked, the stylist proceeded to do a half hearted dry cut ('As it's easier to cut hair that is a bit curley when it's dry apparently!). She used clippers to 'cut' the back of my hair, without asking, then proceeded to chop at the hair for 15mins until I was given a mirror and told that I was done! No wash, no style, no dry! Shame there is not a zero star as I begrudge them the 1 star I've given.

I needed an appointment last minute and I booked in and was seen within half an hour.
Heni was welcoming & friendly.
She had a look at my hair and listened to what I wanted. Great wash and cut. Gave a lovely blow dry and advice on how to keep it. Top service given to a new customer-will definitely be returning! Thank you!
