I had booked my appointment for 10am on the Saturday, however the salon was closed when I arrived. I called the number and the gentleman said that the hair dresser was running late on the bus. 20 minutes later, she arrived and let myself & the other lady waiting inside. I was surprised as this was a Saturday morning when salons are usually very busy. Anyway, with the exception of waiting for 20 minutes, Nailla was really lovely, and my cut & colour was perfect. The owner on the phone offered me a hair conditioner treatment to apologise for the wait.
