When I arrived I was greated in a very friendly way, and shown into the treatment room. The room was very clean and well kept, and also very comfortable. Svetlana was lovely. She talked everything through with me and really took her time. I'm not new to waxing, but this was the first time that a beautian prepped my skin to make the treatment better. Svetlana really took her time, despite being busy and she made sure that even tiny hairs were removed. I honestly couldn't be more impressed. I left feeling very clean and comfortable, not covered in wax or sore from the treatment (like I had with other salons). Great value too, especially with the 20% off online. I will be returning for future treatments and recommending this salon to my friends.

First time in this hairdressers and was quite worried about cutting off my long hair and making it short however i felt very welcomed and she made sure that I got exactly what i wanted by the end of this cut. The hair cut was absolutely amazing and is the best hair cut ive ever had!! Thank you for this and It will be my go to hairdressers from now on!
