The Balayage treatment didn't match the picture I provided. I wanted dark red Balayage. They said that my hair, long and dark, was supposed to be bleached /toned down, to have a a lighter base before applying the red dye. However, they bleached my hair and left it at that, resulting in golden blonde hair that doesn't complement my skin tone. If I had been informed earlier, I would have chosen not to proceed. The lack of clarity about the process was disappointing.
