I could not fault anything about my appointment. Debbie went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whilst in the salon Debbie was faced with the difficult situation of having to advise clients their appointment had been cancelled due to another therapist being unavailable she delt with this with compassion and professionalism.
