Friendly staff. Treatment was fine. Satisfied with the result even though left eye lashes are not as lifted as the right eye lashes. But could also be my lashes and not the treatment‘s „fault“. Gonna come here again!

Jade was a lovely girl, very pleasant and apologetic as she was on her own and juggling the phone along with her clients, she coped very well and kept her clients informed and apologised for any waiting that occurred.

I arrived on time, but i was taken 25minutes late. the staff barely acknowledged me and just stood moaning about the treatwell app. it left me feeling like a 2nd class citizen, that it was my fault to use the app. my treatment was fine but I could tell that my appointment was a nuisance. overall not a good experience and I wouldn't return.
