I have had a very bad experience with Etre Belle. I arrived for my appointment to find the shop closed and had to ring multiple times before an employee told me they were closed because of internet problems, and someone should have called me. Over the last two weeks I have been in touch with the salon - first to reschedule, then just to ask for my money back - and each time I speak to the same employee who says that someone else should be sorting it, says she will be in touch and never is.
