The salon was really relaxed and the staff were fab - very friendly, chatty and professional. Also easy to change the appointment when needed.

Deep Tissue Massage
After over a 20 minute wait, the wax pot wasn't even turned on so the women had to use one in another room. The wax was also not the nicest I have had, felt very rushed. The staff could also have been a lot more apologetic. While I was waiting, the staff were having an argument (while finishing clients nails), which was not very pleasant to be watching.
